Stand in front of a support (e.g. a bench). Step onto the support with one leg, then join with the other. Return to the starting position.

  1. Bulgarian squat

  1. Donkey Kicks

Kneeling on all fours, lift one leg up, keeping it bent at the knee. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
